These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the rewear mobile application (the "App") provided by rewear ("rewear," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Notify us at nikki@rewearfiles.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Your content

• You own your content. Photos, outfit details, and other content you add to the App remain yours.

• You grant rewear a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the App and provide its features to you.

• You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the right to use it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others.

• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

• Use the App to store or share content that is not your own without permission.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, features, and branding (excluding your content), is owned by rewear and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.

6. Service availability and changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We aim to keep the App available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Cost-per-wear and other calculations are provided for informational purposes only and are estimates based on the information you enter.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rewear will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
